"A disappointing showing from the ABC at the club championships. Danny the warrior Meakin has walked away 2011 Club Champion after a heroic display at Calderdale!"

The boy finally came of age at Calderdale MTB marathon. Its taken years of dedication but consistent progress since his first attempt at the crown resulted in a 4th place finish in the IOM 2008.
Since then a 2nd and a 3rd place in the club champs have signalled his intention to be no 1. What was remarkable is just how easy he made it look this year.
This could well signal a change in supremacy reminicent of when Manchester United became dominant after a decade of Liverpool dominance.
Scruff has retired from competitive riding whilst Bridgy's knees are starting to let him down. Danny and JSA are looking ominously more classy by the ride!!
Back by popular demand after months of neglect the web site is back in business. Apologies to all the fans out there. All punters that have ordered merchandise your refund is in the post pending our new lines of stock for 2012
R Dunk and R Gray have bought new frames to be built up. Thats like Stephen Hawkins buying a treadmill!! It aint gonna happen. Ladbrokes are taking bets on these bad boys not seeing the light of day before 2013.
The years are catching up with former club champion and President of the ABC Paul Bridgwater. He has been complaining of knee pain for some weeks now. Rumour has it that the injury was sustained on a recent camping trip that he went on with Decorator Dave!!
Shocking news that has led quite rightly to a weeks suspension from the club is Trevor Augustion Dias pushing towards the end of the 3/4 ride. This has never in the past or now been acceptable. Shameful

SECRET LEMONADE TRAINER
After setting off on the calderdale challenge with a rocket up his arse. The spectacular blow with half hour to go resulted in Ste zig zagging up the final hill until he rode into the wall and preceded to walk up the final climb. Hence he has been given the title of Blower of the week. Some might say Blower of the year.
